| I'm assuming the kind of fat we eat, right???? lol.... For me....I love putting mayo on my burgers, cook with real butter to saute, full fat cheeses to put in my omletes, guacamole on my burgers, and ranch dressing on just about every veggie. Oh, and deep frying sugar snap peas in bacon grease...mmm mmm good! |
