| On fitday if you go to goals and set fibre as a goal it will show up when you enter your foods, you will still need to subtract it from the carb count but it makes it easier!

| Thanks so much! I just wanted to make sure I was reading it correctly. Yay! I have not been eating enough carbs...lol. I guess reading the book is very important.

| Not only is reading the book very important, it's VERY important! You can't follow the plan if you don't know what it is!! hehe. At least it was too little carbs and not to many!!

| lol Yeah, I learned the hard way too... hehe! just to clearify, what I meant was that there is a lot of info in the book you'll need that you can't really get online... you can get bits and peices sure, but the book explains it all... that's all! 54 lbs is awesome, you go girl!!
