| Shari I've read a number of your posts from the last six weeks and have enjoyed your sense of awe and surprise with your great success. Keep it up and keep writing like that. It's fun and inspiring. You and I have a similar build and goal.

| I am in awe and suprised. I never thought I would ever get down to a 16... Now a 14, 12 and 10 seem possible. I don't know what Ithought when I started this diet. I guess I never thought I'd be able to stay on it. I was on the slim-fast diet after I gave birth to my son but after a month I could'nt stomach the sweet tasting stuff anymore. For a long time If I even thougt about them I'd want to vomit. With this diet I'm not hungry, I eat normal foods and If I get a hunger for something sweet I eat an atkins bar or something... yes I know everyones opinion on them.

| Wow!!! That's awesome. I'm so happy for you. I can't even remember when I wore that size. I tried the slim fast thing. I liked the taste of the shakes in the beginning but argh I was starving the rest of the time. lol It didn't take me long to regret being on that diet and quit. I tried an atkins bar before. It was like a coconut one. Oh my gosh it was like eating a candy bar but yummier. I haven't had one yet now that I'm on the diet. I am trying to save that as a last resort emergency ration kind of thing. You know the "I'm about to give in and eat something very very bad for me just because everyone else is eating it" type of situation. If I go get me one of those I won't feel so deprived. I've read on here how they stall some people (not all) but for me not eating them until it's a necessity isn't about any of that. I just know that if I ate them regularly they would become the only thing I eat. Eating sweet stuff and avoiding veggies and natural foods used to be the norm for me and I'm trying to switch that norm into the other way around.
