Ketosis Breath Question

I am on week 4 and doing well. I had several parties this weekend and ate as well as I could. I am quite sure I stayed within my carbs except I had a few bites of a veggie salad and I think the dressing was made with sugar. So, it may have knocked me out of ketosis for a day or so. When I started this WOE, I was in ketosis within a day or two.

Today, I feel like there is a strong taste/odor coming from my throat. It's as if I can "feel it"! I don't know if this is the metallic taste some mention, or what? Is this a ketosis sign or did I just eat something that isn't agreeing with me?

I've got that same thing going--ketobreath. Just try not to get too close to anyone-lol.

make sure you drink lots of water - some people find this helps. I have been really lucky as I have never had ketosis breath!( fingers crossed it stays that way)

You know--I never realize that I have ketobreath until someone points it out, usually my hubby.
