| Yummmm! I usually eat half a pot of Greek yogurt (not a 1 kg pot!!! A 125g one) and, as it's fairly stiff I "cut" out the half vertically and put it in a cup to eat with sweetner. What's left in the pot, I put back in the fridge for another day. Well, the same thing happens there... the watery stuff separates. I always stirred it back in, when eating the second half of the pot, but now I'll try draining it off and eating the yogurt neat. Tks for the tip!

| My friends mom used to make Labne, which I think is just strained Greek style yogurt. Very tasty. |
