| Hi,Griffs! Did I miss something or does your siggy say you have lost 18lbs since September 23?? That is an awesome amount of weight in less than 6 weeks! You are doing great! Check out moochiecat's post in extended induction stickies called "weight loss isn't linear". If you are following the plan consistently, drinking your water, and exercising the fat IS melting, even if the evil scale doesn't show it yet. It will though!

| Kelly is right, Griff. You also have to remember that the significant amounts of weight you removed the first time were because you had a very large amount to lose. You've removed 22% of the weight you need to remove in a lousy 5 weeks. There's nothing slow about that AT ALL! In order to do the same thing with 180lbs to lose, you'd have had to lose 39.6lbs in the same period of time. It's a perspective thing, Griff. You're NOT losing slowly. You're averaging almost 3lbs a week. I lost 4lbs in the last 6 weeks. Wanna trade?

| You may be going through P.I.S.S if you're on extended induction. Why don't you try moving on to OWL? |
