| Leftover grilled bison burger on a flax bun with mayo, mustard, pickles, and hot sauce. A small tossed salad with lo-carb ranch dressing. A small apple for mid-afternoon snack about 2 hours later.

| A vendor came and took me out to lunch today. We went to this FANTASTIC Mexican restaurant here in Tampa...Miguels. I pigged out... I had 4 tbspn guacamole, 2 tbspn fresh salsa, Chille Relleno with shredded pork (no flour, egg white only) topped with fresh ranchero sauce and cheese. 1/2 cup of fresh Ceviche Mmmmmmm!!!!!!! Oh 3 slices fresh avocado. Miss Phode, if you guys ever come up to Tampa, make sure to eat at Miguels.

| I have kind of a wierd lunch today...I really need to go grocery shopping... 3 cups cauliflower bake (cauliflower/mayo/mustard/mozzarella) 1 bunch celery hearts with 2 tbsp peanut butter (yes, the WHOLE thing of celery!)
