| Woo Hoo for the new losses! If I were you, I would take out both together for a little while and then add each one back in separately. That way you can gauge what it is that you're sensitive to. Lots of people have issues with dairy, but you might be able to have some things and not others. Later on in the diet you might find you are able to add whatever upsets you right now back in again, very slowly and carefully. Keep us posted as to how you get along!

| I can't do the cheese or heavy creams with out slowing me way down ........ I would get rid of both and use them for treats only ........ every once in awhile I will do a DOms CHeese cake or have cheese chips knowing it will effect me but not be a "bad" choice. Heavy cream is my worst offender. Heidi

| I agree...cut out both and see what happens. Of which makes me realize that I've been overconsuming in the cheese department the last couple of days. Thanks! |

| Oh yes, it is very easy to overdo it in the cheese department. I only use it very sparingly, maybe once a week. I also do the LC light cheese wedges occassionally, I just chop one wedge up for my omelets---foolproof portion control baby! Thank goodness I am not a fan of the HWC! Good for you for realizing what may be slowing you up though and having the courage to cut it out!!! That rocks! Janel |

| Now you made me think if it's the cream in my coffee slowing me down. Tomorrow I'll TRY to drink it without the cream and see (it's the main thing I use it in) I'm just not a huge coffee drinker but I have replaced my morning diet coke with coffee and then finishing the rest of the day with water. |
