| Great post. I know I got a little upset with my fluctuations. I blamed it on having more food or water in my body than the last time I'd weighed.

| This is such a great post! I was getting so frustrated going up and down a few pounds that you have inspired me to chart my own progress daily and now I can watch the downward trend. |
