| Wow! Sounds interesting! A lot of recipes that are low-carb friendly sound questionable when you read the recipe, but turn out delicious! I will try it!

| I tried this when I first started and couldn't get past the idea that I was really eating pork rinds. LOL it didn't taste bad though.

| I made this when I first started Atkins but I made it a bit different so that it was like a Cinnamon crunch cereal. I just mixed cinnamon,splenda, and heavy cream and then added some pork rinds. It was surprisingly good.
