| Hi Christopher, I would only eat hot dogs (sparingly) and only after induction, better to stay away from processed food during. Often hidden sugar and wheat fillers. Good luck. |

| The only hot dogs I have found without fillers and sugar is Hebrew National Beef. I still eat them very rarely. Mayonnaise is fine, but Miracle Whip is not. Sunny!

| Most hot dogs and sausages make my cravings go CRAZY. I'm ok when I buy the all natural kind the whole foods market. If you watch the ingrediants and can handle them then go for it (in moderation). And of course regular Mayo is a yes.
