| So, basically you just had ground beef fried up. Nothing added? You need to eat some veggies. What about some fat? The easiest way to stay on plan tonight is to eat a very high fat dinner. It will fill you up so much that you won't want to cheat. When I know I am going to have a tempting night I make a steak, or beef sausage. It top it with fried onions, mushrooms, and green pepper. It is filling, very good, and keeps me strong. You also need to drink a lot of water. Remember, Atkins is not about eating just meat. You have to eat vegetables. It is a low carb eating plan, not no carb.

| I agree with Mom. What else was in the "sloppy joe"? If it was just cooked ground meat without any sauces, then did you eat vegetables with it? Remember, Dr. Atkins said to eat combinations of fats, proteins and carbohydrates for our meals.

| I agree with the other posts. Just wanted to say GOOD LUCK and let us know how it gos tomorrow. Eat something just before leaving too that might help top you off so to speak. Based on the responses you got today you have a good back up plan. Robin
