| Why did you give up heavy cream? It's okay on induction. I look forward to it every day! I believe the syrups have less than 5 grams PER CUP. That's very little carb per serving (assuming you're using a teaspoon or so). I wouldn't worry about it too much! Good Luck!

| 48 teaspoons (or 16 TBSP) = 1 cup or 8 oz. I'm not exactly sure how to process that into the equation at the moment as I'm so fatigued my eyes are crossing. Maybe one of the moderators can help!!

| I'd say count it like you count your sweetener but then again, what would you call one serving in that case? I personally don't count my sweetener or the toriani syrup I use and I never have but that is because I didn't use much sweetener during induction anyway and by now I barely reach the carb limit I currently have, so it doesn't make much difference for me. I'm so glad btw that I found toriani syrups here in europe, I LOVE the chocolate one in my yogurt...delicious |

| I don't count it, but I only use one Tsp. in my coffee and that is only twice a week at the most. Good job figuring out cream was something you couldn't have. Some can't tolerate it.
