| Click on the this http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/mock_french_toast.html Its made from pork rinds and some other stuff, but I can't taste the pork rind at all. I cut the recipe in half 'cause its only for me and I only let it set about 4 minutes instead of 5 and add a little extra heavy cream and cinnamon. And half the splenda, but I've never been big into sweet stuff.
