Default daily food intake.....

for dinner tonight a piece of salmon, a piece of veal and some broccoli and cauliflower.

for lunch, prime rib.

for breakfast, small bowl cottage cheese and coffee.....

please tell me i didnt mess up?

no more eating for the remainder of the day, and in about 30 seconds i will be doing 8 more pushups

Other than the cottage cheese, it looks good. Cottage cheese is allowed on rung 2 of OWL. Good luck

No cottage cheese yet, and spread the veggies out through the day.

Make sure you get 2 cups of veggies off of the "salad" list (all sorts of stuff on that list besides boring and nutritionally void lettuce) and 1 cup of veggies from the "Other" list.

Veggies are going to eventually become the mainstay of your diet (if you do it right).

She's right, you will learn quick that veggies are a staple, and you will learn to love them, all sorts of them, and also learn how to cook them where they are very appetizing....and for the 3rd time, no cottage cheese right now......hee hee.
