| No cottage cheese yet, and spread the veggies out through the day. Make sure you get 2 cups of veggies off of the "salad" list (all sorts of stuff on that list besides boring and nutritionally void lettuce) and 1 cup of veggies from the "Other" list. Veggies are going to eventually become the mainstay of your diet (if you do it right). | She's right, you will learn quick that veggies are a staple, and you will learn to love them, all sorts of them, and also learn how to cook them where they are very appetizing....and for the 3rd time, no cottage cheese right now......hee hee. |
