| I have a whole set of TaeBo tapes, including the 8-Minute Workout. A few years ago I did them fairly regularly and LOVED them. This is the first workout I have ever done that really felt motivating. You get caught up in it and before you know it you have worked (a miniscule portion ) of your a** off!!Billy Blanks is an excellent trainer and there are a variety of people (in terms of age, size and ability) on the tapes. They really wear you out (in a good way I need to pop one in tomorrow RIGHT when I get home from work tomorrow. Pam |
