| Sugarfree jello we have. I'll try some of that. I checked the soups we have chicken and vegetable and they are really high in carbs. |

| Yeah, you'd probably have to make your own soup, theres some great recipes at www.genaw.com/lowcarb

| Thanks for the link. I'll check it out but unless it's something really easy I likely won't tackle it. Ugh...to feel well again. |

| If I was throwing up and had diarrhea, I'd just drink water and broth...I don't think I'd eat at all. That's just me. I don't eat when I'm sick. Have you gone to the doctor? You have to be careful you don't get dehydrated. |

| That's what I've been doing...just felt like I should be eating something. Seems all the comfort foods when sick are high in carbs. I'm going to stick with water for today and maybe try some soup tomorrow. |

| The important thing is to replace fluids lost by vomiting/diarrhea/etc. as it's very easy to become dehydrated. Drink water, drink tea, drink broth.

| Soup can be really easy to make if you ahve a food processor handy. Just take some cooked meat/veggies and wizz them up into a puree then add water and cream or butter (to add fat) plus spices or seasoning and reheat. Or if you havent got any cooked leftovers in the fridge just simmer some meat and veggies in water till soft then process into a puree to make into soup. I like to add a beaten egg too sometimes like Hudson suggested to make eggdrop soup.
