| There are pork rinds that don't have any ingredients besides pork skin, oil and salt. You need to shop around and check labels. Don't worry about the damage you might have done, just stop eating those and find some that are legal. |

| Nope, and its probably that small of an amount it wont bother you, but continued use would, just omit them for the future!

For crunchy snacks have you tried the cheese 'crackers' made by microwaving or baking small chunks of cheese? Or you can do the same with slices of cooked ham/turkey/salami etc.
