| Sounds like you stumbled, but more importantly you picked yourself back up quickly. No one is perfect, the important thing is minimizing our mistakes, learning and moving on in a positive direction. Good job getting back on plan.

| Maybe that is your body's way of telling you that it is ready to move up the ladder. 24 days on induction is enough. You will be surprised when it speeds up your weight loss to add more healthy veggies and move on up the rungs so you have more choices. That's the only way to truly make it a way of life instead of a diet. I had yummy LEGAL snickerdoodles cookies tonight made with almond flour. Reminded me of cinnamon toast. Nuts are rung three! Sunny!

| Good for you!! Getting to that place isn't easy. This is my millionth time on Atkins, and it's just this time that I really undertsood. Truth be told, I have messed up more times this go round than any other time...and you know what, I'm down 30 pounds..b/c I didn't let being human and making mistake defeat me. I get right back up and keep on going. You have to do what works for you, that's all that matters. You are doing a fantastic job!

| It sounds as though you have fully mastered the art of a positive, move-forward attitude. These things happen, and your "Up and on!" mentality will prove extremely beneficial on this program. You are doing great, FLSunshine, and your gumption is encouraging to all of us - keep it up!!
