Default Christmas dessert recipes please

Hi everyone... If you have any atkins friendly christmas dessert recipes please post them here. Today alone I had 3 christmas trays delivered to my house from friends. It is so hard to pass on all of the sweet stuff but so far I have!!! I would love to have some good recipes to get me through times like this. Thanks in advance to everyone who posts.

I don't know how to cook, but I fiddled around a bit with making coffee jelly. Basically, brew some decaf and add sugar-free flavorless jello powder. Your choice if you want to keep it black (my preference) or add splenda (not really necessary IMHO). Pour in a any serving cup or glass halfway (I use water goblets). Top with low-carb vanilla ice-cream or homemade whipped cream with splenda and vanilla extract.

Sorry if I don't have any specifics on amounts. I just followed the instructions off the back of the Jello packet and tweaked it to how firm I wanted my jello.

All recipes depend what phase of Atkins you are in. For example, if you are in OWL-Maintenance phases, a blueberry-peach crumble can be a legal dessert.

So you're still limited to whatever is on the Induction Acceptable Foods list.

I second this website....these are some of the best recipes on the net. She has Induction friendly recipes on there as well. They are all marked with an *.

Thanks Rochelle and Jerseygyrl. I am heading to that website right now! All of the fudge sitting on my counter is screaming my name. I have exercised all morning and had tons of water to keep me from eating it! I won't cave in because I have worked to hard but the temptation is definitely there.

Hmmm This is a pretty good idea matawguro! Stevia comes in a few flavored no cal no carb sweetners, that would make a decent mocha jello or hazelnut coffee jello as well. Thanks for the idea!!
