| here's what I did, if you took a before pic, take another right now in the same outfit, in the same spot, in the same position, and compare it to the first one.. I had a problem with the scale moving in the begining too, but the pics were worth a thousand words when I compared them... don't give up, you'll see lots of posts about the whoosh fairy on here, one day I woke up weighed myself and overnight 12 lbs were just gone..just don't give up! it would be helpful to post your menu,(your full menu, sometimes things like even kethup, can have lots of hidden carbs), you might be getting hidden carbs you don't know about
