| You may wanna post the question in the supplements section. My thinking on this though is that you are getting enough protien already from this WOE and should be sufficient in building enough muscles. If you are trying to be a body builder though, not sure there.. I would stick with what Dr. Atkin menioned in his book (Chapter 23 hardcover).. But that's only me.
