Question In desperate need of a whooshie food

I made a whooshie pie a while ago but I couldn't find any fresh horseradish anywhere. I risked using a very hot horseradish cream instead but there was no whoosh for me
I'm on rung one, veggies, dont consume many salted foods and am drinking about 3 litres water a day. I am very bloated right now and need help - Does anyone know of any alternative veggies that would have the same effect? .....and hopefully that I can easily find in the UK

Thanks in advance

To be frank, I dont think any particular food will guarantee an overnight loss of a few pounds

I have never noticed one from eating 'wooshie pie' but do make it occasionally because I love it!

I have to agree with Elizellen.

I, instead, would be looking at my diet to determine WHAT I'm eating that is CAUSING the bloat instead of finding something else to eat to get rid of it. Except for TOM, any time you are retaining fluid like that, it's probably because you are eating something that you are intolerant to.

A combo of water, exercise, and flaxmeal has helped me with bloating moments.

Hope you get some relief soon! I know how you feel...

I have to second the flaxmeal. I find the fiber and water are the best at keeping away the non-hormonal bloat. If it is hormaonlly related bloat.... all bets are off, just drink your water and ride it out.

Are we talking constipation or wooshes? I'm under the impression they are two different things, no?

Well the origianl poster indicated that they were bloated, so I thoguht they were looking for a way to lose a few pounds very rapidly/over night. In my experience so far, the only thing that will cause you to drop a "few" pounds over night is to lose stored water. Again, in my own experience, higher fiber veggies and the flaxmeal keep me from retaining water or from overeating foods that cause me to retain water.
These are my humble offereings to help, thank you for noting them.
