| I was once hospitalized with a really bad flu and the Doctor had me stop eating immediately. He said that it added too much stress to my stomach, intestines, etc. I ended up not eating for about 3 or 4 days and felt a lot better. I think if you don't feel like eating, don't force yourself. |

| I would say don't worry about EATING, but do make sure you are staying WELL HYDRATED. Lots of fluids. Water. Chicken broth (low sodium) are good choices. Feel better soon.
