| Lisa, at the stage of the game you're in right now, I wouldn't worry too much about calories. Just eat at induction levels and feed your hunger. If you are hungry, eat. If you are not, don't unless it's been more than 6 hours since you last ate. At some point, you may have to worry about calories, but then again maybe not.

| I agree with Joy, though Dr Atkins did say that 'calories count' he told us not to count calories but rely on our appetite, and eat till satisfied, not stuffed.
