| You dont need caffeine subs, the idea is you get off your addiction, yes you'll suffer some headaches, but its worth going through! quick snacks? cheese sticks, celery filled with cream cheese, pepperoni, chicken drumstick, chicken wings, check out the snack section of the board theres tonnes in there! | You'll find that the frequent trips to the bathroom will keep you awake I quit coffee the first time I did Atkins, then added it back gradually and found it did not affect my loss. If I were you (and I'm not) I'd cut the caffeine for induction as Atkins suggests, then, if you need/want, add it back gradually. I made the switch the Decaf, and then slowly added back high-test to my decaf until I was sure it wasn't going to affect me. |

| Chick lady, I was in the bathroom at least 3x last night, and went shopping this am and kept having to go!....I think store security thought I was up to something

| I just wanted to add that the energy boost you get once you clean your system of all the addicitons and find yourself loving ketosis will be more then enough to compensate for that missing Coffee!
