| Thanks for the replies! Blue996 I hope and pray that I have the strength that you have to continue on thru 4 months. I want this to be a life style change but I am so afraid of messing up again. I have tried and tried this many times. The longest that I ever went was 2 weeks. But yesterday my boss tried giving me candy twice and I turned him down I was so proud. No one could believe that I turned down candy. I think this time I may have it. Beautybox something that I found is really good is parmesan chicken. It is so yummy. Also a mock danish is good in the morning. When I bring parmesan chicken to work for lunch I will usually bring a salad with it and everyone will go on about how good it looks and smells. I tell ya you need to try it!

You are just proving to yourself that you can in fact - do this.
