| Hi, you know you could be seeing it in a bad way and thinking its your being fat but if you have been doing atkins, your appearance will change. With a concentration of fat and if you are drinking water whereas before you did not, and you are attempting to exercise, you may very well have a "glow" about you, you may be portraying yourself a little differently. If you had induction flu and then now you don't, and people observed... it could simply mean they are noticing a change about you -- not necessarily in a bad way as in you "look pregnant" instead of other things that may make you look different in a glow type way. I know you are probably rolling your eyes and saying no its because i am fat, but if she is an acquaintence, I am presuming she has seen you before and you haven't gained a whole lot of weight in between seeing her, so it could very well be the "atkins change" i.e., the fats we are eating does help your skin as does the water, the energy you have, and for that matter you may actually be carrying yourself as if you "have a secret" i.e. you are feeling more confident because you are feeling better. The changes doing atkins and losing weight are not just in your body and how it looks/weighs, it changes all of you. Hugs you, pregnant women are actually very beautiful women if you look at them, and its more than simply gaining weight if that makes sense, their whole person changes in a beautiful way. smiles, perhaps you are glowing and walking around with a secret smile so to speak in your demeanor and how you are portraying yourself now. It doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. I was once asked if i was pregnant when i ordered a cheese hotdog with extra celerysalt, mustard, and pickles and then asked for 4 extra pickles with mustard and cheese put on them and wrapped up, I was 165 lbs lol at the time. So hang in there, and perhaps use this as a concept of looking for changes you may not realize are taking place in you, better skin, better confidence, more energy, better overall carrying of self, and lol as i said that concept of "you may have a secret" that you aren't consciously portraying but just by the changes you are making in your life, and your body is doing all on its own, has people wondering just what is up with you. Hugs, no, you aren't pregnant, but you are creating a new person...

| Thanks Journey and Megs. I've actually gained weight since I"ve been here last Back on track now, and with a Gazelle Edge in our livingroom! I gotten to 120 before via Atkins...I can do it again (jeez even 135 or 140 I'd be happy!
