| Did you measure your neck and your toes. Seriously, I think that is where my weight comes off first. If you lost 8 it left somewhere. Don't worry it will show up somewhere.

| I know how you feel! I lost 13lbs in 3 weeks my first time back in October and I couldnt tell where it came off either, my clothes fit the same and my measurements didnt change but I'm sure you'll see a difference soon enough! I hope I do!

| i know for me personally, when i lose weight the first place i see it is in my face, arms, chest area. unfortunately for me, i've always been smaller on top to begin with. all my weight is in my lower stomach, hips, butt, and thighs. it usually takes a little longer/more weight loss to see it everywhere. of course this is just me, everyone is probably different! believe me, a few weeks down the road, when you have lost 20 lbs or so, there is no way you won't be able to tell. keep up the good work!! |

| I thank you all so much! I am frustrated right now because of the no inches but I was floored when I got on the scale and it was 222.5 I actually got on it 4 more times to make sure it wasn't screwed up or miss reading Man I can't wait till I can dry my jeans and not have to be the classic lay on the bed till they zip girl... |

| I didn't really see or feel a change until I hit 15 pounds lost. Today at 25 pounds lost I put on a pair of pants and they fell right down. You'll see a difference...I promise! |

| Patience is hard... but, all of a sudden you'll see major inches gone. I started a journal and weighed every day and listed it every day and then when the I got frustrated that the scale stopped moving, had to remind myself how far I'd come so that I wouldn't go off plan. As far as measurements, it's a very good idea, but what I've learned in my journey is that one a month is the best way to measure. It's the perfect way to track all your goals. There will be times that the scale won't move, even if you've done everything right and having the positive reinforcement of the measurements will help. Also, when you start to outgrow your clothing, bag them up for donations and remove from your sight. I did keep on pair of pants that I couid barely squeeze into when I started for my point of reference. What joy when I put them on and they literally slid down past my hips! I finally donated them as well. You're going to do great! |

| I found that with losing just in the last 1 days. your body loses weight and then the inches and skin follow to catch up. Then you start losing again and again the skin and fat shrink to catch up. and so on and so forth. You'll probably also notice stretch m arks on your belly or thighs or butt as well. If you see marks that look like you have just been scratched really hard you know your losing inches as yours skins is slow to catch back up with it. |
