| What you're experiencing is perfectly normal -- it's called induction flu. Just hang in there -- and you'll feel much, much better in a just another couple of days. Check out the FAQs in the Main forum for more information: What is the induction flu?

| Tnak you for that link Adena. That helped a lot. Good news is that I'm not hungry at all today. The bad news is I can't concentrate on my work at all. I feel really foggy. I think that my withdrawl is worse this time because I was eating a lot more carbs than ususal before starting. I had to have a test for Celiac and therefore had to eat a plenty of wheat to make sure I was "glutonated". This made me crave more sugar and well, with the holidays, I just went a little crazy. The board is a real help! It is my new addiction Thanks EVERYONE for your posts is is REALLY appreciated! |
