| It's hard to say what's going on without knowing what you're eating. Try posting a menu! Barring that, one problem people seem to have is not getting in enough fat--it's the fat that'll help you to feel full and that's what your body is burning for fuel once you enter ketosis. |

| Post a menu is a great idea. Also, increase the fat, make sure you're drinking enough water. When I did induction, I ate every few hours and that really helped me a lot. I had an Atkins shake for breakfast (still do), if I wanted a snack, maybe a HB egg or a few ounces of meat, lunch would be a salad and meat again, sometimes I'd have to do fast food and I'd have a large burger- loaded, but w/o ketchup cause of the sugar, afternoon.. maybe another small snack, and then dinner, more meat and some veggies. I ate a LOT! Did not worry about calories at all. In two weeks I lost about 10 pounds. Sometimes you have to make yourself eat enough in the beginning. After I got through induction, my appetite was so small that I actually wasn't eating enough. Guess what? I stalled and felt TIRED... all the time! So, upped my proteins and my fat and started dropping weight like crazy. Keep adjusting your diet, you'll find the rythm that works for you!
