
Hey folks ,
I got an email asking my status with my diet, shamed to say I gave it up long time ago. Fortunately I don't have a sweet tooth and hate fast food, basically I just love my bisquits and gravy and 'taters to much. But I do believe if I would work out I could get my weight down, I'm 5'7" and about 210 so I think I might be lucky enough to just excercise to get the weight down. My work isn't physically hard and I haven't excercised since the day I got outta the Army ('91) so I think lack of excercise is my biggest problem. Thanks to Tom for emailing me asking about my progress.
