| Skip the wine. It's just for a while and without it you'll make much better decisions about food. You will feel SOOOO much better if you can complete a really clean induction and know so much more about yourself too. Not to mention how much better you'll feel about yourself. Don't deny yourself that buzz for the shorter lived one of a glass of wine.

| Tough it out for a day or two and after that, it really gets easier. I too was scared to death at taking out the wine, but I survived. If I can, anyone can! The alcohol rung of OWl isn't too far away. You can get there!

| This is my first weekend too! We can do this together!! I plan on going grocery shopping today and getting GOOD food and treating myself to a new workout video and sticking with it! |
