| I just had half an avacado, 3 pieces of bacon and 1 cup of salad. MMMMMMMMMM with home made blue cheese dressing. Had it all mixed together. |

| I make what I call Spinach muffins: 6 pieces of thinly sliced deli meat of choice, each pressed into muffin tin 1 c frozen spinach cooked and then mixed with 2 eggs for filling cheese cube on top of each one Bake at 350 for 15 minutes - yum! I find that 2 of these are a perfect breakfast, so three days are looked after all at once.

| If you liked cold pizza as a nonAtkineer, you'll love this http://www.cookingcache.com/lowcarb/...zaquiche.shtml All induction friendly ingredients. I'm trying to lower the fat right now and have used much less cheese(about 1/2) with equally good results (skip the cheese on the bottom) ETA, I use pepperoni, peppers, ground beef and mushrooms as toppings, not all at once, and not necessarily on the whole pizza, as the mood strikes. I also put the toppings on top of the cheese, even though the recipe says toppings then cheese.....it's lets that lovely pepperoni grease float |

| One of my most favorite recipe's is Pau's mini quiches: http://www.lowcarbrecipes.org/index....w&recipe_id=13 They are so wonderful and you can modify to use sausage or another type of meat and you can even add veggies! Another fav is "pancakes" you can find them on Linda's low carb recipe site: http://genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html |

| As well as the great recipes mentioned here, you can eat anything off the allowed list of foods for breakfast and well as for any other meal. I have seen posts from members who have chilli or curry for breakfast in the past! In fact in 4 years plus of Atkineering I dont think I have had eggs & bacon for breakfast at all - I often do have it for lunch though, as it is a safe Atkins choice at any all-day breakfast caff!
