Winter hunger and lack of energy | Winter and cold weather is here and in full effect. I find this the hardest time of year to keep the weight off. It was at this time last year I weighed my heaviest, at at least 180+ lbs (I had stopped weighing myself at that point in fear of scale creep). Now almost 40 lbs lighter, I fear falling back into my old bad habits/routines even though I eat on plan consistantly & exercise regularly. Maybe just a lil paranoid. During winter, my appetite increases and my energy decreases. It's so much easier to lose weight in summer. Any helpful tips to keep the hunger level down & the energy up? I've been running regularly to help achieve this ... ok off to the track... | |
