BTW until you reach the nuts/seeds rung of OWL flax/linseed is allowed under the 'constipation' rule only, and we are supposed to try using one tablespoonsworth first and only increasing if it doesnt 'regularise' any bathroom issues. Also do make sure you drink plenty of water to avoid getting 'bunged up' by the extra fibre.

| Yah I am only using it for that reason. Anytime you use a fiber supplement should ALWAYS drink a lot of water. |
