| I always gain 5 lbs. It is something I just expect and it doesn't even bother me because I know if I stay on track it will come right back off. |

| Yeah these guys are right - a gain is normal. Mine is usually 2lbs but it can go higher. Make sure you drink enough especially around this time as it is water retention. |

| honest to god it was about 4lbs I was fighting with. Most of that is water weight gain. If you press on either side of your shin if you get an indent your retaining and if you don't then your not. I know during that TOM I retain a freaking fish tank. This is normal. Not only do we have to deal with stress, anxiety heightened, bloating, cramping and irritability but now we also have to accept gaining weight when it happens. Why do "WE" have to deal with this. dont we do enough naturally as women. lol
