Default McDonalds breakfast burrito.

DO NOT BE FOOLED....

There was a lady on here not too long ago that had told me if she was in a hurry she would grab 2 mcdonalds breakfast burritos and eat what was inside..... I did this morning as well and I just now found this info... AFTER i already ate it. I would imagine the buritto wrap by itself is about 6 grams. If someone knows the grams for buritto wraps please post it as I am interested in know how much of mcdonalds breakfast burrito filling really is.

Sausage Burrito [4 oz] (300 cal/16 g fat/1 g fiber/26 g carbs) 7

The McDonalds Canadian site has an excellent nutrition calculator that allows you to add and remove ingredients so you can break it down.

http://www.mcdonalds.ca/en/food/calculator.aspx

Just make sure you check off the 'show ingredients' check box and you will be able to see what each part is carb wise.

The only problem is there are some menu items you get there that we might not get here..but i do see the breakfast burrito.

I use to do the same with tacos from taco bell but fast food places usually have sugar added to everything, including meat!

Default Re: McDonalds breakfast burrito.

according to the nutritional calculator, a sausage patty (i used a sausage egg mcmuffin as the meal) has 3g's of carbs and 0g of fibre.

I don't know about there..but here the sausage is crumbled into the egg mixture..not sure if there would be an entire sausage patties worht of meat. I'm thinking no because in the burrito nut. info it has 2g of carbs in teh 'egg mixture'

If you look at the site i listed it has the ingredients too..

Sausage PattyPork, water, salt, dextrose, sugar, glucose solids, spices
.

Well then that's not THAT bad.. I only ever did that sort of thing during an eergency where I had no food. Haven't done it in weeks, but at least I know it won't destroy me.
