Okay this has probably been asked a million and one times but I couldn't find it so what the heck - I will ask for the million and two times. What are Rep Points?? And how do you get them, earn them... etc. I know I got one from Elizellen when I first started but never thought to ask what it was...

I read those posts, and it says if you scroll down in your User CP it shows who left the rep points and in what post. But when I do that there is nothing there?

Maybe there is a time out feature on those? I know mine only shows the most recent ones, my earliest visible rep is from November 2007. Everything before that is gone. Perhaps you got yors long enough ago that it's no longer visible?

you will see the last 10 comments and who made them no matter when they were made. when the 11th one comes, it will bump the bottom one off the list.

if you don't see the comments you may have the comments window closed. you can open it by clicking that little tiny arrow on the right hand side, that little blue box looking thing.
