| As long as they are induction allowed foods you can eat all day! Just keep your carb count 20 or less and your good no matter how much you eat. |

| Wow! you have lost weight. Thank you for replying. Well, mostly, my food has been induction, but I love my coke zero's. Which is probably bad to have. Thanks again for replying. jk |

| I eat "all day" too, but that's not a BAD thing! I usually eat 5 or 6 times a day, usually small meals or larger snacks, though my larger meal is usually dinner. Eating more frequently has the benefit of keeping your metabolism pumping right along. If you are hungry, don't feel guilty about eating a small snack. Hunger is your body's way of telling you "I NEED FUEL!" However, if you're just snacking because of boredom, emotions, etc. then it becomes a problem.

| UH OH, coke zeros???? The caffiene in those can cause insulin spikes, which can make you hungry or give you cravings! GIVE UP THE COKE ZERO!

| Coke zero has aspartame which can cause cravings and increase appetite in some people. It also has caffiene which does the same thing. Depending on how many you drink, it could be causing you to want more food than would normally satiate you. Try to give them up, you'll feel better, and it'll help with the appetite suppression that Atkins gives us when we reduce our carb intake. Good luck and welcome to the ADBB!

| Wow! you've lost alot of weight too. I'm eating b/c i'm bored. I'm a stay at home mom and miss family and friends. Don't get me wrong I love my baby, but.... I'm going to start doing something so i wont be bored. Thanks for your reply!! JK |

| GIVE UP ALL SODA! It's all the same, in my opinion. Stick with water. If you want to flavor it, use cucumber, lemon, or lime slices, none of this sugary-factory-processed-chemical sweetener flavored stuff like crystal light.
