| as long as its not every day its not too bad... I dont have time to do breakfasts either, so just lately ive been taking a couple of oz of cheese with a pack of cherry tomatoes to work with me, or on a sunday i'll make a crustless quiche and take a slice of that!

How about some string cheese? The premeasured serving packages are handy, just rip one off and go. I use it for the rare times I need an inbetween snack.

| I agree with the above opinions. All that sodium can't be good for your body. Chop up some cheddar and take it on the go or get a string cheese thing. I like the Cherry tomato idea, but beware that they are oh SO very addictive. I can't seem to get enough. |

| If im in a rush in the morning and dont have time for breakfast I usually grab some pepperoni and cheese.
