| I used it before when I did Atkins the "wrong" way. I go back and forth and can't decide if it's truly a frankenfood or not. I've come to the decision that the things I would make with carbquik are replacements for the things that got me fat in the first place, and it's best to avoid that trap. If I bake or need flour, I prefer whole wheat, quinoa, soy, rye, almond, and flax meals and flours. These are pure and unadulterated, in a natural state. They also don't contain sucralose. Just remember that carbquik is NOT LEGAL UNTIL RUNG 9 OF OWL.
