OK I am a self admitted scale junkie!! BUT I do so with the understanding of the evils of the scale...and I know its just
one part of my weight loss- there is also my improved health,
my better sleeping, my clothes fitting better, how great I feel..ect ect..
SO...last night I got on and weighed....253.5 one hour later I jumped on again ( no food or water consumed) 256.3..lol ok one hour later ( once again NO further food consumed) 250.3..LOL
This morning 252.5 ( 12 lb loss in 10 days

)
Now let this remind us all..do NOT let the scale dictate your future!!
