| I'm saying a prayer that you stay on your Atkins plan so you get under 240! Exercise is good, but the foods you eat will eventually be your ticket to goal. You can do it--one day at a time. Just pledge to eat correctly each morning and add one day at a time. Sunny!

| In my opinion Atkins is an eating plan that incorporates exersize. So if you're not eating right, you're not doing Atkins. I believe if you to eat to plan and keep exercising as much as you have the weight will fall off you! |

| You can definitely do this! Remember that because of the amount of exercise you do, you may be building muscle and retaining water. |
