Default got on the scale......

still holding at 247....even with all my exercising LOL. what the really tells you is that...my eating hasnt been so good. and it hasnt, i will admit that. i am going to try to make a little push this week in an attempt to get under 240 say a prayer for me *fingers crossed*

You should hang those goal 34/36 jeans on the wall so you can see them everyday. You can do it!!!

I'm saying a prayer that you stay on your Atkins plan so you get under 240! Exercise is good, but the foods you eat will eventually be your ticket to goal. You can do it--one day at a time. Just pledge to eat correctly each morning and add one day at a time.

In my opinion Atkins is an eating plan that incorporates exersize. So if you're not eating right, you're not doing Atkins. I believe if you to eat to plan and keep exercising as much as you have the weight will fall off you!

You can definitely do this!
Remember that because of the amount of exercise you do, you may be building muscle and retaining water.
