| yes .. when oyu lose a lot of weight oyur body and skin have to catch up so its acycle of. lose weight, stal and lose inches, lose weight, stall and loe inches.

| According to Dr Atkins a stall is when you have lost no weight OR inches for a 4 week period. As you are losing inches you are not stalling, so try not to worry about it. As Mirya said, many of us seem to alternate weight and inch loss interspersed with no change at all and this is absolutely normal. Are you still on induction? Maybe moving to the first rung of OWL would be an idea?

| If you are on extended induction try moving up the rungs. It will more than likely reboot your weightloss. |
