It is a great diet, but I don't think it is new. I think it has been around for years (or at least since the 90's). I have friends that have done it very successfully. It is packed full of lots of mental things (worksheets, homework, videos, reading) to help you achieve your goals. I have heard great things about it.

I didn't know what the actual plan was, but I know they count calories.
Can you imagine if it is even possible to find a diet that is original anymore? lol... At this point in life, any diet will seem like it is copying some other diet - because there are SO many.
