| The seed itself has the fiber, not the oil. Th oil is basically an omega3 supplement. Personally, I find upping the high fiber veggies much more effective. |

| Can you get some jicama? Half of it's carbs are from fiber. |

| I have read that the pills do work for some as a laxative, anyways I already have taken them and so we will see. I will take another tomorrow, and if it doesnt do anything then I will try something else. |

| before atkins I actually went like everyday to everyother day, and so it is just weird now being on atkins going like 2 times a week or even less. But I did go last night, but I have started taking those fiber pills, I am wondering if I should start taking 2 fiber pills a day. Or stay at 1 a day since one helped me last night |

| i buy the actual flax seeds.....you can get them in any supermarket i think. i put then in omelettes, with steamed chicken and/or vegetables, i even put them in coolers. you can even just eat them plain....they have a good taste. i am as regular as one could be......but i eat a lot LOL.....the good foods!!!!
