| I have the exact same issue and just went to the hospital for exploratory research to be conducted in my stomach I dont know what you can do. Im addicted to those little pills - and even they dont always work for me. Id drink heaps of water, exercise, take fiber and give yourself TIME.

| Hello All, So I took the finber pills today around 3pm and it already worked a bit. I did go to the bathroom but I know I could go more. Anyways, so the fiber pills are working obviously. My only question since I am now taking fiber pills is... will taking them knock me out or not put me in ketosis? Since it does have fiber in it, that is a question that I have? Any answer would help Thanks |

| Fiber doesn't affect your blood sugar, that is why they are subtracted when you are totalling your net carbs. |

| Spinach (cooked) does the trick for me every time. You can also take ground flaxseed on induction (a couple of tablespoons only though... or whatever it takes to get you moving, no more). Be aware that with flaxseed you need to drink loads or you'll get the reverse effect.

| I take this stuff that is a combination of psyllium husks and healthy bacteria (can't remember the names right now!) that is supposed to be good for your colon. Two tablespoons twice a day and it is the best stuff! I had serious trouble going before using it, too. Try hard not to rely on the dulcolax! You are doing great! |
