| actually for the davinci's you would count it towards your sweetener for the day, but it's 0 carb so no need to count as a carb. Powdered splenda has carbs because of the bulking agents, liquid will not have those carbs.

| I'd go with your own creamer. its legal and its less processed so automatically your body will be able to handle it better |

| Ah, the flavorings question. Good one! I'd do whatever worked for me. If drinking CoffeeMate doesn't stall you, and it's easy, and you can make it work for you, then do it. If making your own flavored coffee creamer is easy and you can stick to it, then do that. I'd say... compromise. Do your own when you have time, keep a cannister of CM in the house (or office) and move forward with the next challenge. And thanks to Sadie for the reminder about the bulking agents vs. syrups.

| I use whipping cream with flavoured splenda (I have mocha, vanilla, and carmel). They are single sized servings and I buy them from the Low Carb Grocery (www.thelowcarbgrocery.com). They are very good! |
