| Maybe you could eat some chicken broth, that's what I ate when I was vomiting and it at least shouldnt cause the runs. Looking over your menu, I can't see any likely culprits so I'd guess it's a bug. Feel better! |

| If it were me, with the situation you present, I'd first see 1) if there were any other factors &/or symptoms I could identify ( I really hate to let the bugs win) which could rule out whatever bug is goin' round; and 2) check my temperature; and 3) if there's nothing to go on after that, remember my mom said... (or was it grandma?) cheese will stop you up if you are runny and vice-versa..." my 2 cents worth...

| Oh, I forgot... something about acidophilus AKA yogurt cultures... If your intestines have for some reason become either lacking in beneficial organisms or overrun in bad ones, you end up with Montezuma's revenge. You might try simply eating the good guys to fight the enemy...
